AQ (High Gloss, Duct, Matt & High Scuff)

Description
Our most popular coating is AQ or Aqueous (Semi Gloss) finish. We supply high gloss, duct over print varnish, matt over print varnish to printing industries. This is a high-gloss coating applied over the front of the printed piece. Aqueous anti-mold coating for offset, flexo, and roller applications with excellent mold and grease resistance and high humidity block resistance.

UV Varnishes

Description
A UV coating is a surface treatment which either is cured by ultraviolet radiation, or which protects the underlying material from such radiation’s harmful effects. Screen UV Matte Varnish. Screen UV Texture Varnish. Screen UV Laminate Varnish. UV Varnish Print. Having excellent gloss is suitable for fast curing for full/flat over print coating of all types of printed paper and boards & used on Anilox Roller Chamber Coating System or Roller Coater System. The products can be used for coating of mono-cartons, book titles, other packaging material and various types of labels used in labelling industry.
Advantages:

2. All grades have good levelling & slip.
3. Excellent scuff resistance with good gloss and free of any residual tack.
4. Colorless coating, no yellowish tinge on coated paper.

HSL/ BLISTER COATING

Description
water-based heat seal lacquer, based acrylic co-polymer emulsion for Blister packaging. It is suitable for PVC, PET to paper and boards used for blister packaging. It is an excellent performance adhesive having high bond strength & heat resistance.

Cold Seal Coating

Hitack Cold seal is a natural rubber based cold seal adhesive, which is applied to each surface to be bonded together and then dried, the coated substrates can be stored for extended periods of time without blocking. The final bond is not created until the two dried surfaces make contact again.
